The Monday Morning Brew #86
A new Brew featuring music from Floating Action, Big Bend, Joshua Burnside, David Allred, The Weather Station, Cynefin, Norman&Corrie, Blue Lake, Roger Bunn, Gökçen Kaynatan and more.
It's time for another Brew. It opens with ‘Is The Hugeness Translating?’, which features on the new Floating Action album CHEEY. Floating Action is North Carolina’s Seth Kauffman, who writes, produces, engineers, and plays all the instruments…here, he is joined by wowflower, the music project of Kyle Torr-Brown.
PLUS:
Music from Big Bend’s third LP, "Last Circle In A Slowdown", the ongoing project of Nathan Phillips on which he is joined by the likes of Jen Powers, Shahzad Ismaily and more.
The new single from Joshua Burnside - Climb the Tower, reimagines the adventures of Joshua’s childhood and reflects on the similar stories his son may have. Would they have been friends growing up? The track is said to serve as an emotional lynchpin of his forthcoming album ‘Teeth of Time’.
The title track of David Allred’s new album, The Beautiful World, which Tom Blake recently reviewed here.
The Weather Station’s Mirror, taken from her latest album, Humanhood, which was reviewed by Danny Neill last week.
There’s also music from Cynefin, Norman&Corrie, Blue Lake, Roger Bunn, Gökçen Kaynatan, Damon Locks, U.S. 69, Ivan the Tolerable, Ohtis, SUSS, Oliver Cherer, David Boulter and Namna.
